Dr. Katelyn Martin
Dr. Katelyn Martin (previously McLean) is a Georgia native and graduate of the Westfield School in Perry. At the University of Georgia, Katelyn earned degrees in Animal Science and Biological Science while completing her pre-veterinary coursework. She worked as an assistant at Westmoreland and Slappey Animal Hospital during summer breaks throughout her schooling.
Katelyn went on to attend the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2019.
Katelyn has a passion for helping clients give their pets the best quality of life for as long as possible. She also has a special interest in ultrasonography and dentistry. Dr. Martin is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association.
Her Australian shepherd, Hannah, keeps her active with hikes and walks in her spare time.
